Many photographers want to capture images of people that are a step above the snapshot. There’s more to portrait photography that pushing the button as a person stands before you. In this seminar, we’ll take a look at portrait photography in ways that encompass traditional and environmental portraits in studio and outdoors, whether using artificial or natural lighting. You’ll learn how you can purposefully illustrate your subject and their personality using different lenses while incorporating backgrounds and posing. The Friday seminar and Saturday Photo Walk will include live demos and an opportunity to have hands-on experience with guidance to add to the learning experience.
