Class Cancellations & Refunds

Class Cancellations for Class Pass holders

If you are a class pass holder and you have registered for a class that you will no longer attend, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel your registration.  This is very important as instructors prepare class handouts and other materials based on the number of attendees registered for a class.  It is also important as many of our classes book to capacity and by properly canceling your registration we are able to open up spots allowing other customers to attend that would otherwise be unable to.

Class Cancellations for regular paid attendees

You can cancel a class registration up to two business days before the class begins and receive a full refund. If you register for a class and do not show up, your payment will be forfeited.  You may reschedule a class only if notice is given before the start time of the class.

 

How to Reschedule or Cancel a Class

We make cancelling/rescheduling easy!  Simply text your cancellation/rescheudle notification to our education team at 252.220.4477 or email [email protected] to cancel a class. Class cancellations or requests to be rescheduled that are sent through other channels, such as Facebook or google message, will not be honored.
